Displayed as a centerpiece along with several other structures RSI Design built, for the campus at American Airlines Headquarters in Dallas dedicated to Robert L. Crandall.

One of the more complex etched pieces fabricated by RSI Design. The Mobius has a very complex shape. The RSI team developed all the shapes “in the flat” so that when the sections were formed into their compound curves, the sections would come together seamlessly.

The entire piece is made from ½” thick 316 alloy stainless steel plate. The text on the panels is deep acid etched into the surface and infilled with grey polyurethane. Both sides of the mobius have the same text. A fine non-directional satin finish was applied to the entire piece.
