Thank you for allowing Rebechini Studios, Inc. (“RSi”) the opportunity to produce the product for your project. These Payment & Sale Terms and Conditions govern any payment made to RSi, including payments submitted through our online payment link powered by PayTrace, and apply in addition to any terms noted on your invoice or contract.

Payment Processing

​

Payments made through our online payment link are processed securely by PayTrace, a PCI DSS Level 1-compliant payment gateway. RSi does not store your full credit card or bank account information — all sensitive payment data is encrypted and handled directly by PayTrace's secure servers.

By submitting payment, you also agree to PayTrace's own terms of service and privacy policy, in addition to these terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

​

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

• Zelle/ACH /Wire payment — Accepted without a convenience fee [if enabled on your PayTrace account] or contact us for banking information.

 

Payment Terms

 

Payment is due per the terms listed on your invoice, from the date of invoicing. Please reference your invoice or order number when submitting payment through this link so it is applied correctly to your account.

 

Credit Card Convenience Fee

 

All credit card payments will be charged an additional 3.75% convenience fee. This fee will be reflected in your total at checkout.

 

Retention of Title

 

All signs and other products remain the sole property of RSi until RSi has received payment in full. RSi retains the right to remove its property from the customer's premises if payment is refused.

 

Material Price Increases

 

When the price for any item of material to be used on your project increases five percent (5%) or more between contract signing and material purchase, you agree to pay RSi, upon request, all sums by which RSi's cost for that material item has increased beyond 5%, as demonstrated by RSi. This includes, but is not limited to, price increases in aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, paint, acid, steel, lighting components, lumber, fuel, manufactured products, and equipment.

 

Custom Orders & Production

 

RSi products are custom-fabricated to your specifications. Please review your proof, drawings, and order details carefully — approval authorizes production to begin according to the schedule confirmed with your project contact. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, as materials and labor are committed to your specific job. Estimated lead times are provided at quoting and are subject to change based on material availability and shop capacity at the time the order is placed.

 

Returns

 

All products are custom manufactured to your specifications and may not be returned without RSi's written authorization. Any non-authorized returns will be rejected and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. If you have questions about a return, please contact our office for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before making any return.

 

Refunds & Payment Disputes

 

Refunds, where applicable and authorized, will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you believe a payment was made in error, or a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we're glad to work with you directly to resolve it quickly.

​

Chargebacks filed for legitimate, authorized purchases of completed or in-progress custom work may be disputed by RSi with supporting documentation (purchase orders, production records, and communications).

 

Security & Your Information

 

RSi takes the security of your payment information seriously. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PayTrace's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We do not sell or share your payment information with third parties outside of what's required to process your transaction.

 

Changes to These Terms

 

RSi may update these terms from time to time. The version posted or provided to you at the time of your payment governs that transaction.
